We do our shipping through USPS, FedX and UPS mainly. Shipping charge is mostly determined by them, so it's very standard. Outside United States, shipping cost will be based on Delivery method you choose. We generally deliver all orders in 7-12 working days within USA after shipping. And 12-30 working days outside USA after shipping and sometimes even less . Most of the time it depends on the inventory. So, it is also possible that within USA we can deliver even before 7 business days. But due to Covid you can expect slightly delay in delivery but not always. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control, if the product you ordered coming from outside USA. You will also be notified with tracking ID for your order after shipping. We mostly use USPS, UPS, FedX and DHL(mostly for International Orders) for all orders.
Requesting a return is not an easy choice but we offers 30-days hassle-free return for your order! To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com., we will tell you the return address. Once the items have been received within 30 days, you will receive your refund. We request you to make sure that the item/s must be in original condition with all tag and label remaining in place. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Stylorian keeps your payment information secure. Stylorian shops never receive your credit card information.
1)When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders received by 12pm PST Monday to Sunday will be shipped out within 4-5 business days.
2)How are my products shipped?
All of our products are shipped via Fedex or UPS or USPS.
3)Why hasn't my shipment aarived?
Shipments can be delayed due to a variety of reasons such as traffic or bad weather. Kindly check the status of your shipment using your email address and order number on our tracking page or directly with FedEx/UPS/USPS using the tracking number provided on your invoice.
4)What is your refund policy?
Should you have a technical issue with a product, please contact our technical support services. Then we will replace the product free of charge, or provide a full refund of the invoice price of the product.
5)Can I return the product to Mimi's @ Stylorian?
All returns must have prior authorization from Stylorian, and the buyer should be responsible for shipping & handling charges. Products must be shipped back to Mimi's @ Stylorian within 7 working days of receipt of the items. Products must be returned to seller's address in the same or equivalent packaging as originally dispatched by Mimi's @ Stylorian.
