SHIPPING POLICY

We do our shipping through USPS, FedeX and UPS mainly. Shipping charge is mostly determined by them, so it's very standard. Outside United States, shipping cost will be based on Delivery method you choose. We generally deliver all orders in 7-12 working days within USA after shipping. And 12-30 working days outside USA after shipping and sometimes even less . Most of the time it depends on the inventory. So, it is also possible that within USA we can deliver even before 7 business days. But due to Covid-19 you can expect slightly delay in delivery but not always. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control, if the product you ordered coming from outside USA. You will also be notified with tracking ID for your order after shipping.   We mostly use USPS, UPS, FedeX and DHL(mostly for International Orders) for all orders.

RETURN POLICY

Requesting a return is not an easy choice but we offers 30-days hassle-free return for your order! To initiate a return, simply email us at support@stylorian.com., we will tell you the return address. Once the items have been received within 30 days, you will receive your refund. We request you to make sure that the item/s must be in original condition with all tag and label remaining in place.  Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

2)WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Most of our product has the size chart already so that you would have an idea about the size. But in case you are not sure then please email us at support@stylorian.com.

3)HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

7)HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email support@stylorian.com.

8)WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME?

No worry and don't get panic. Our first priority is customer satisfaction. So, we are committed to give the best service to our customers. Due to any reason, if your order is not delivered on the time, please write us an email at support@stylorian.com.and we will figure something out what could be the best deal for you. Or else we will issue you a refund.

11)HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at support@stylorian.com. only if the product has been shipped.  We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
